Try clicking that, selecting the drop down item "All Control Panel Items" and you get exactly the same menu as this "God Mode" but with pretty icons, and all your tabs are defaulted to closed instead of expanded. Your secret "God Mode" is actually a long-winded way of getting to a regular Control Panel. Sorry, but have you not noticed the small arrow beside the word “Control Panel” in the regular control panel address bar?
