Dest Drive is "USB Removable" and the only format options checked are "Enable Disk Format" and "Enable LBA (FAT16X)". I click "Start". When progress bar gets to 100%, I get "PeToUSB Error!" dialog box with this message, "FormatEx Error[11]: An Error Occurred Formating the Drive."
