Packard Bell has been playing if the netbook field for quite sometime already, they’re not among the first ones to jump in to the trend but could be the first among them to bring the performance of a full-sized notebook to a netbook.

Packard Bell is launching a new model called dot m/u, which will carry an Intel ULV processor under its hood. It will be coupled with up to 4GB RAM and up to 500GB HDD and will operate with Windows 7 Home Premium. Like some other netbooks coming out, it will also have an 11.6″ display and HDMI port.
