Miss the best 10″ netbook I think, the Asus EEE PC 1018P-PU37
Would love to purchase it but sofar not available in Europe.
What is your professional experience and why is this model not included? The same about the earlier introduced Asus EEE PC 1218 which seemed to be disappeared?

the 1015PEM is the older version of the 1015PX. If you want solid everyday performance choose the PX, if you want some multimedi and some games, than go for the 1015B. The 1215B is better than both but it’s also more expensive and bigger, heavier… Personally I find the 1215B a good allrouder with an excellent price and if you can find it for around 400 bucks, than get it. But, be careful to choose the version with the AMD E250 or the new AMD E450 APU and not the one with an AMD C50, that processor is meant for netbooks and nor for mini laptops.

How about the 1015PEM seems to have a better processor than those 2 I think? Also considering the 1215B?

Al, go for the 1015PX or the 1015B if you want the best netbook, or look at the 1011P, 1001PX, 1001PXD if you want something cheaper.

I am looking to get an ASUS netbook but have no idea which one to get as there are so many options. I am not concerned with the price as much as getting something that is currently the best in terms of speed-storage-display etc…basically the newest model with the most features. Any help on which model is the most up to date?

What do you think about ASUS 10.1″, Eee 1008P-Pu27-BR? I am new to netbooks and would like to get this brown one, I will only be using it to view email and surf the web. It’s $478.00. Is it worth the money? Thank you for your response.
