About

Hi guys, this is Andrew and I’m the owner of this blog. Being a tech journalist since 2004, I’ve got the knowledge and the experience to inform and advice others when it comes to gadgets and technology.

However, my “thing” have always been mobile computers, as I am a bit lazy and never like to carry around more than I have to. But since I need a computer around pretty much all of the time in order to do my job, I’ve come to appreciate mini laptops a lot.

And that’s how this blog was born!

This Blog

In fact, this blog is one of my pet-projects. Before starting it back in 2008, I was already taking care of another project: netbooklive.com , one meant to help each of you looking for a netbook. But, with Asus and their EEE PC lines being perhaps the most popular netbook producers at the time, I decided to start this website, that addresses current or potential Asus EEE PC owners.

So, in here you’ll find news, guides and reviews for Asus EEE PCs and their main competitors. Sometimes we might cover some other Asus devices as well, like the EEE Pad touch tablets or the ultra-portable Asus notebooks (like the ZenBooks for instance).

Basically though, if you need info on Asus mobile devices, plus comparisons with their important competitors, you’re in the right spot here.

The Team

While I write most of the posts here on the site, Mark and Adrian also give a hand.

As I’ve said above, I’ve been working as a tech journalist since 2004, so I had the chance to mobile computers these become better and better. I am the owner and Editor-in-Chief here at AllAboutEEEPC.com. See .

Mark is a student and future ScreenWriter/Movie Producer. He simply cannot live without his mobile computing solutions. He’s grown very fond of smartphones and compact laptops over the years and sometimes he likes to share his views on portable gadgets here on AllAboutEEEPC.com . See all posts by .

Adrian is in charge with the News here on AllAboutEEEPC.com, so if there’s anything new around about EEE PCs, EEE Pads or other Asus portable gadgets, check out his posts, he’ll write something about them. He’s a Foreign Language Graduate and likes to blog about his passion: technology, in his spare time. See all posts by Adrian.

Together, as a team, we’ll provide non-biased info on Asus portable devices, from netbooks to tablets and who knows what else we’ll be seeing in the future.

Wrap up

I must add that the sites is supported by ads. There are also some links in some of the posts pointing towards some online webstores, and if you happen to buy those devices after clicking the links, we’ll get a small commission.

A fellow has to live though, and all these allows us to keep the site alive. Of course, we will never recommend a product that we do not feel worthy, just to convince you to buy it. We don’t offer sponsored posts here on the site and all of the articles are put together based on our long experience dealing with technology and gadgets, in order to help you guys find the best device you can get, based on your budget and needs.

That’s about it, but if you’ve got anything to add or any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
