I Got a New PDair Leather case for my Eee 701
I was able to place an order for a PDair leather case the other day at SilieNation, and now I have it. It’s not actually a new thing for netbooks to have, but it’s still cool. I feel that my netbook is more protected and more practical. Imagine you don’t have to carry along extra pouch just to place spare SDHC. Right?
I compared the price at SilieNation and PDair, and I saved about $10 for the item. I just need another $22 and you can also have one.
I think we’re gonna give away one on March. Let’s just hope that our Paypal funds get some increase despite the economical state
, and we promise it’s all yours. Just watch out.
That’s how generous we are in terms of giving away stuffs, as long as we can.

If you’re looking for an OS for your Asus Eee PC other than the usual OSes like Ubuntu and Windows, then you might want to try Android. Apparently, while Android was originally bult for mobile phones, it also runs on you Eee PC 701. I know it’s cool to have it, and you just need 3 things to install it.
- A machine running Ubuntu
- An Eee PC 701

All the stuff you need for your netbooks, only at SilieNation

If you’re looking for something you want to give your netbooks, just type in your address bar, http://silienation.com and you’ll more probably find it there.
SilieNation sells netbook accessories such as leather cases, crystal cases, silicon keyboard protectors, screen protectors etc, in very affordable prices. They ship across overseas and accept payments thru Paypal. More payment options are also available for Philippine residents including bank transfers and mobile transfer.
One thing I’m drooling to get is the X-Mini Max, which I would certainly get when my Paypal funds increases. I’m getting the leather case for the meantime and hopefully might give away another one to the readers. All I need is Paypal funds, the rest will be taken cared off.

Vaio P is not a netbook – Sony.
If you look at the Sony Vaio P from afar, you’ll hardly notice its difference from netbooks because of its shape and size. But according to Sony blog, “You Can’t Tell a Netbook by its Cover”.
Sony still continues to claim that their Vaio P is not a netbook, maybe because they think that netbooks like Asus Eee, MSI Wind, Acer Aspire One, Dell Mini, etc. are made with lower quality than their product. This may be true, but their reasoning just describes the Vaio P even closer to what they are trying to deny. They were claiming that they are of greater advantage when it comes to keyboard, backlit screen, CPU, wireless capabilities, GPS, Dual OS, and storage options. Now let’s see what’s Engadget’s thought about it.
The conclusion, Sony Vaio P is really not a netbook because of its very expensive price.
I don’t have nothing against Sony, I just want them to accept the fact that netbooks are just as useful as the P.

Asus Eee Top, S101 Reached the Philippines
The Asus Eee Top and the S101 have been introduced to other countries in quite a while already but just recently in the Philippines. Primary reason of the delay could be their pretty expensive price tags. The S101 is priced at Php 34,800 and Php 32,800 for the Eee Top.
Still, these Eee models are cool.
