Lo primero que hice fue descargar el BIOS mas reciente guardarlo en el escritorio. lo segundo es formatear una memoria USB en FAT16 despues de esto copiar el archivo descargado a la memoria usb, por ejemplo el archivo que descargue se llama 1000HE-ASUS-1104.ROM y lo renombre a: 1000HE.ROM para que lo reconozca. ahora viene lo bueno. ya que tienes listo todo esto, reinicias tu computadora, cuando este la pantalla negra presionas alt y F2, y de ahi sigue los pasos, recuerda tener conectado tu pc a la corriente electrica para que no se te valla apagar. ya que se halla actualizado la ROM al final te dice que lo apagues y listo. I followed the steps (installed Win 7 before updating the BIOS), but the message still appeared during startup. I did uninstall to the ACPI driver (Add/Remove Programs), hope it will solve it.
